Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Rapid Sites ("we", "us", "our"), an Irish web design business. By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Rapid Sites provides website design and development services for small and medium-sized businesses in Ireland. Our packages are as follows:

Optional: Hosting & Care Plan from €29/month, available as an add-on after initial delivery.

2. Payment

Full payment is required upfront before work begins. All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

By completing payment you are entering into a contract with Rapid Sites for the delivery of the selected package.

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver your completed website within 48 hours of receiving your completed onboarding form. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of your project or delays in receiving required information from you. We will communicate any delays promptly.

4. Revisions

Revisions are included as per your package (Standard: 1 round, Premium: 2 rounds). A "round of revisions" means one set of consolidated feedback submitted via our revisions form. Additional revision rounds beyond your package allowance can be arranged and will be quoted separately.

Starter package does not include revisions. Minor corrections (typos, broken links) are always fixed at no charge.

5. What You Need to Provide

We write all website content on your behalf — you do not need to provide text or photos. However, to deliver your site we will ask you to complete an onboarding form with information about your business (services, location, contact details, brand preferences). Delays in completing this form may affect your delivery timeline.

If you wish to provide your own photos or logo, you can include these in the onboarding form. You confirm that you have the right to use any materials you provide to us.

6. Domain & Hosting

Domain registration and hosting are included free for the first year. After year 1, domain renewal is managed directly by you with the domain registrar (typically €15–€20/year). Hosting via Vercel is free for standard traffic levels and remains so unless your site experiences unusually high traffic volumes.

We will notify you in advance of any domain expiry. We are not liable for domain expiry if you do not renew with the registrar after year 1.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment and delivery of the final website, you own the content and design of your website. We retain the right to display your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

We retain ownership of any proprietary code, templates, or frameworks used in building your site. You are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use these as part of your delivered website.

8. Refunds

Due to the nature of custom digital work, we do not offer refunds once your onboarding form has been submitted and work has begun. If work has not yet started, a full refund will be issued on request.

9. Care Plan

The optional Hosting & Care Plan is a monthly rolling subscription. It can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. Cancellation does not affect ownership of your website. If you cancel, responsibility for hosting, domain renewal, and any ongoing maintenance passes to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

We will always do our best to deliver a high-quality website. However, Rapid Sites is not liable for:

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
