Our legal basis for processing is performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) — we need your data to deliver the service you have paid for.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to deliver our services and meet any legal obligations (e.g. tax records for 7 years as required under Irish law). After your project is complete, we may retain your contact information to follow up on hosting renewals or care plan queries.
